Not coming back.

Hi

My lodgers are not coming back.

Zac and Derek are not coming back from Poland.

Business closed down due to Brexit.

It is simply not worth their time.

They export huge amounts of used car parts to the EU and import spacesaver wheels.

The loss to the UK is £40k in taxes, one redundancy and closing down the rental and Business rates on their Unit.

No Great Shakes for me, back to renting out to NHS arrivals.

Oh, no good news. Sorry for that. I hope that was an exception.

Hi

No, not an exception, just a fact of life.

I will miss them, good friends.

I will not lose financially.

I will get as much rent for one NHS Immigrant than I did for both of them.

The loser will be the UK Economy.

Ah, so that's where most come from. I bought an unused still wrapped one for the Suzuki 5yrs ago from e-bay for £45 delivered, where the Suzuki dealer wanted over £200 to supply one if I cared to wait an unspecified time for delivery.

Sorry to hear your lodgers are not coming back Swimmy, I know you will be able to fill their lodgings with others quite easily, but I am sure you will miss them as you often spoke fondly of them. Dreadful times for many with this virus.

Poland is doing what britain did at the start of the EU membership. Catching up with the rest.

Meanwhile, in the first five months of 2019, Poland surpassed the UK to become the sixth-biggest economic partner of Germany in the world, the Polish Economic Institute (PIE) said in a report. In 2018, Poland's exports to Germany made up 28.2% of all Polish exports, while imports stood at 22.4%.

Almost 16*years ago, Poland joined the EU and at the time was one of the least affluent countries in the bloc: GDP per capita was $16,000*in purchasing power parity, the second-lowest after Latvia. Unemployment was 19%. The average monthly salary was less than*2,300 zlotys (€510). Over the last decade and a half, the country has grown around 4% a year on average, more than three times the EU average of 1.2%. Polish GDP was 44% of the EU average in 2004, compared with*67% in 2018.

Your the ones paying for Poland

Poland is the 7th biggest economic partner. Out of those 7, 3 aren't even in the EU.

Just saying like ... not splitting hairs or anything
