They want MORE paperwork , a payslip ....we sent it to them because ..unfortunately they would not accept a copy we took in so to save another run around and £4 in bus fares we sent them the original by 1st class post before Xmas with a letter ...and guess what ...they have lost it ...again, and as they wont accept the copy we have, we now got to wait till my wife gets paid again which is next week and then gotta wait for her payslip to be sent .... ....
