I made all my draperies and kitchen/bathroom curtains.
Still don't know what all the words mean that have to do with curtains.
I just look and do.

Measure your window (wide) and times that by 3 to get the correct fullness.
If you want it floor length, it should be 2 inches above the floor so that you can vacuum without catching the curtains.

Measure from your rod to where you want it to come down to.
If the package curtains are not long enough you can take the hem down. There is usually a 3 to 4 inch hem. You'll need at least an inch left to hem back up.
Or purchase the longer package and hem it to where you want it.

Did I make too much of a hassel ? LOL Most likely I did.
