Ten days without my Mobile.

Hi

This will be my 10th day since I mislaid it.

I find it quite easy to live without, relaxing in fact.

Could you cope, or would you miss yours?

I am always losing mine.
I have to ring it up on the land line.
I don t like to go out without it.

To me, mobile phones were great if your car broke down, you were in traffic and going to be late for a meeting, or there was an urgent message that you forgot to leave with somebody at home. Apart from those occasions I wouldn't miss it
People spend hours on them, playing games or sending unnecessary texts, instead of being in the real world and socializing with the people around them.
If they were banned I would hardly notice they were not in my life...... but they won't be, cos too many people are making a fortune by using them as a means to make money from the idiots who become dependent on them.

I don't have a smart phone so it's calls only .

I could live without it but I wouldn't want to. Modern phones are so useful having replaced pen and paper, street directories, bus and train timetables, cameras, dictaphones and so much more and you can make phone calls with it. I would hate to go out without it

If it didn't make one of my jobs easier, I would not miss it.

I use mine for my business so id be frantic They have become such a big factor in our lives .

I'd miss mine mainly as I use the camera to photograph interesting things I spot! One day I'll get close enough to that flippin egret that taunts me from just far enough away!
Apart from that I like to know I can call for help in an emergency.

I have one phone for work, and my own personal mobile, of which I hardly use, I phone the oh during the week to have a 10 minute chat but that's it

I would miss it but I could manage without it.
(Much the same as I manage without internet when I go on holiday)
