Now . I'm really at my Peak . It's the best time for me in my whole life.

I loved being a mum and adore my kids but it was tough . The struggle to cope and the mistakes made , gosh sometimes too hard to want to even remember .

For me now is the best . A late learner but I've come full circle . I know myself . I hope the hard times are over , I live only one day at a time . I'm young in mind body and spirit , have a lot left in me , I feel a freedom I've never felt before . Shame I had to become old' to find myself though .

Definitely in my 40's everything has been downhill from there! Health and circumstances alike.

Oh I loved being 18 don't know if it was my peak but I certainly had a great time.

Must be about 18, my children often have to remind me that Ive moved on ..or at least my body has!

I´ve never been too sure just what this "peak" is. I think I have them, or have had them, at different times and different ages, maybe I just haven´t really reach my "peak" yet.

I was at my sexual peak between the ages of 15-55 but I've slowed down a lot now .
