Probably 2 or 3 times a day, as im on lots of other forums, this being the only social one, my others are hobby based.

Sue it is very addictive. At work I use the internet on my phone and pop in and out during the day, at lunch, at cuppa time. In between checking on Facebook incase I've missed anything
