a mild and dry day, no sign of any of the forecast fog around.Mr Mags is off to the physio shortly for more ‘knees bend’ treatment

Hi all, back from the shops.Have bought a Gold Locket, not really Antique though but very nice, its oval shaped, the Locket was £119.00, I was looking at the Gold Chains to go with it, and they wanted £160.00 just for the chain, then I remembered I already have a gold chain not been used at home, so just bought the Locket. I will put a photo on later.

Very nice Susie.I've just realised I still owed my credit card the cost of the Christmas holiday so have done the transfer, and put some more cash into my current account. I can see me doing a bit more spending over the next few days.
Results not tooooooo bad at the surgery. Weight up a bit (not surprised), cholesterol up a bit, hbA1c down a bit. Told her I was getting puppy soon so hope to exercise more.
There was a woman in waiting room hawking horribly!!! Though she had a tissue I was very wary of what germs she was spreading. Glad I got called in on time.
