Re: Boris may cut stamp duty
Asset rich but cash poor is a paradox. What matters is EQUITY. If a person has equity in their assets but has the need for money then they have an absolute duty and a moral responsibility to liquidate some or all of those assets before being paid a penny of tax payers money.
Bogus asylum seekers? Simple. If they applied for asylum in the UK having passed through a safe nation en route then legally they are bogus. People in OUR country illegally should be deported and if unwilling to cooperate in their deportion then interned ideally in some overseas country until they do assist in their return to where they belong.
Nothing illegal in doing that and it really should be done.
Bloated Benefits system. Monetary support for those unable to cope should be limited to the needs of life, not the wants. Income support is an insult to tax payers. If people can't live the way that they want to live then get a second job or reduce their expectations to what they can afford.
Child care. Why should I be expect the money that I have to pay in tax be used to pay for other people's kids in nurseries?
Child Benefit. Again why should I have to subsidise other people's kids?
That just scratches the surface.
I don't "do" socialism in any and all forms. Apart from anything else it demotivates people.
look,I was born in a slum, I was raised in a slum, but my parents got out as soon as they could because they didn't want to just survive. Nor did I. I wanted more and was motivated by that want to go and get more. Where is the motivation for people being given so much on a plate to do the same.
