We're just watching the program about ABBA. I think that their music is the best ever - especially after 4 G&T's

I didn't like the way a couple of the artists performed the Abba songs, a poor substitute I thought.

I did like Susan Boyle tonight though, she performed well...

I was in love with Agnetha Faltskog when I was in my twenties! Mrs H loves Abba music but she knows nothing about me and Agnetha.

I liked a lot of Abba`s music, they knew how to write good pop songs. i was a Frida man though.

In the late sixties and seventies it certainly was not 'cool' to say you liked ABBA.
However I have since changed my view of them and their music, and whilst not exactly a fan, I can certainly appreciate their talent today.

Absolutely true Mags. As I say to people can you name one English popular music group that could write such wonderful songs in Swedish, not a hope in hell of any of them doing that, and before the pedants jump in, yes I know that English is taught in Swedish schools and widely used but that still doesn't make it their mother tongue, the one they grew up with.
