The Junior School are doing a 'mummers' play as part of their history lessons - St George and the Dragon! Will go and watch - it should be fun.

Not patriotic towards England myself, however never understood why we adopted a non Englishman to represent our country, surely we must have a candidate that was home grown ?

However round here the local Labour and PC brigade would no doubt shout down any attempt as offending someone somewhere.

I shall be celebrating 25th April, my son was born on St Georges day 1978 on a lovely sunny day in Dorchester

Not to worry Nom, our national lad Paddy is from Wales and we love him, never did find out his second name. what’s George’s second name by the way? I hope you all have a great St. Georges Day when it comes, we all need a bit of fun anytime we can get it in these uncertain times.
