Jet lag cures

I have never suffered from jet lag but I know many do so there are some tips from those in the know about beating travel fatigue

How do you cope ?

Hi

Personally I have always found sex to be the ultimate cure.

The sleep of the just after is far deeper than the sleep of the just.

My neighbour (retired) has two sons in the USA. She says to adjust to being back home she sleeps for about 24 hours just getting up to eat and drink .
