I travelled long haul many times, there is only one effective cure for jet lag, that is rampant sex as soon as you get to the hotel.

Guaranteed to send you to sleep.

Repeat as necessary.

Beyond my little pocketbook, unless of course I lived in Worcs, which I don"t, and that woman doesn't get hands on it first.

There's some suggestions here
Interesting articles around this website and some simple free tips - their packable light to do the full-on light therapy thing is a bit expensive though!

I go to America about 3 times a year a 10 hour flight never have had Jet lag all the time I have stayed there

I only get Jet Lag when I return to the UK which at the worst last for a week...awake all night asleep all day.
