Maybe a new type of "emergency force" could be invented which deals solely with homeland disasters such as flooding for example. A fast-response team which could be used to take the pressure off the fire service and the army. But we'd need a hell of a lot of cash to get that up and running and viable.14-11-2018, 10:53 PM
