No it does not, you cannot use force and not expect it to be used against you.

When asked about any plans following the event of a no-deal Brexit, Sir Nick said the military makes “sensible contingency plans for all sorts of eventualities”.
When told there has been talk of the Army stepping in to ensure stockpiled medicine is delivered to where it is needed, Sir Nick replied: "We're not involved in that, no."

Asked what they are involved in, Sir Nick said: "We're involved in thinking hard about what it might involve, but we've not been asked specifically to do anything at this particular stage."

My loyalties always lie with the common people. If your parliament had tha same loyalties brexit would never have been a choice by the people but for the people, made by a responsible leader(ship).

Maybe a new type of "emergency force" could be invented which deals solely with homeland disasters such as flooding for example. A fast-response team which could be used to take the pressure off the fire service and the army. But we'd need a hell of a lot of cash to get that up and running and viable.

You're in good company. President Macron suggested exactly the same.

You do realise our politicians are no more qualified than us to make decisions ? they are just our representatives and should be doing what we have told them we want. They don't rule us and aren't any more educated or qualified which has become very obvious with their complete failure to do any sort of proper deal.
