Bull fighter killed

Spanish Matador Victor Barrio came a bit unstuck when the bull he was 'fighting' got the better of him and stuck him one. Excellent news except that the bull was still killed along with it's mother. Traditionally the mother is killed when someone dies from their injuries.

Here is a pic of Barrio in his ballet slippers and poncy clown suit just before he snuffed it.

Doubly wicked to kill the animals mother as well. Evil buggers (the people I mean).

This is so sad. The mother of that bull will also now be killed to stop them breeding a similar temperament.

This is one of those times I think death too good for the human and not the worst thing can happen to the animal. At least now neither mother or her off Spring will be used and abused.

Thank goodness we don't have it the Canaries. I could never understand why they don't adopt the Portuguese method of just using a cape and no violence.

There are big moves in process to ban this vile sport. It's the older traditional Spaniards who tend to watch. Sadly some families too.

I sign every petition. Luckily it is supported by nearly all vets.

I can only agree, I detest cruelty to animals so it is poetic justice to see the tormented slay it's tormentor. However, this cowardly barbaric ritual is one that should to be consigned in it's entireity to history, and the sooner the better.

I'm in agreement with every comment here. Hate the vile sport, and he got what he deserved.
