Quite right Tedc, this woman was previously a special advisor to Hammond, She was asked by Cummins if she had spoken to Hammond or any of his group in recent days and she answered NO. She was then asked for her phones and it was found that she lied, as there was a conversation with one of Hammonds group on there plus several WhatsApp messages to the same person that had been deleted.

Enough evidence to see that she was lying. end of.

It's good to see everybody accepts cummings, only an advisor to boris, as being in charge at number 10.

I doubt he made the decision alone or lightly. Would you prefer our business spread around for anyone to hear ? Whoops forgot who I was talking to . Of course you would anything to help the EU.

I'm pretty sure that all government employees are bound by the official secrets act, whether they sign it or not is irrelevant, they just have to be informed that they are. She would have known this.
