If he did that it would have to be overturned and that could not be done before October 31st.
That appointed person would start by enacting the parliamentary decision to ask an extension.

commit murder over with great self control
And most importantly keeping his word or trying to, about
disengaging from europe?

Can anyone name a politician who has not lied to constituents in his constituency, especially when canvassing for votes.Today politicians are telling us they must honour the wishes of the people but in their minds they know full well they have no intentions of doing so.
