Yes, the cleanser is for a wet shave, of course, in the shower is best.

I had one of those. They call it a wet & dry shaver. But I now use a cheapo Philips dry shave only which I prefer.

I've had four Philips over the past 40 odd years.

When l was at college training to be a hairdresser, l did some training to be a barber too. For shaving practice, we had to shave a balloon.
If it popped, that would mean you had just cut the man’s face!
