I received this small package yesterday from a 'Marketplace' seller on Amazon. It contained only a stylus for use with a smart phone.
I cannot understand the statement 'FAKE STAMPS'. There appear to be no stamps of any sort underneath the label the Post Office has attached, and the first class stamp that is present looks genuine to me.
The package was dropped through my letterbox by the 'postperson' (I'm being PC; it was the postman) who made no attempt to collect the 'fee to pay' of £2.
I have never seen that before and it's odd that they haven't tried to collect the surcharge. In fact, I didn't think they delivered the parcel if there was a surcharge, I thought you just got a note saying you have to collect from the post office.
