Re: Trust
To answer the question as put, depends on what kind of deal. If it's a business or professional deal with a person/s who you don't know it has to be guaranteed in writing by both/ all parties and witnessed etc so it's legal blah blah. If it's between you and somebody you know, trust can come into it as far as you both allow it to be. Usually sealed on a handshake in my experience. Of course trust is important in the deal if you both rely on only it for the deal to be fulfilled. Example - when my cardiologist - who I have been seeing for over 20 years - told me I needed a pacemaker/ defib implanted, he reassured me that there was little chance of any problems in the process. He asked me how I felt about it and if there were any "trust" issues that I needed to discuss. I agreed to it and we shook hands. Of course the hospital needed me to sign consent forms etc but notwithstanding that it was all verbal. I'm still here after 14 months so I guess my trust was well placed in that "deal" As far as trust being breached goes, wouldn't that cancel the deal kind of automatically?...Do you mean if trust is breached..before the deal is sealed?..or down the track after the deal has been made?..Either way it's a breaker from where I sit. Well..lie at the moment. Modern laptops are great for resting on your chest. Hope it doesn't muck my pacemaker up. Whoops better get up.Re: Trust
