Moli, you'll have to stop jumping up and down with excitement about Maggie Seriously though, I hope you start feeling better soon. I'm so thankful I don't have any back problems myself. Take care.

I hope you feel better soon Moli, nothing worse than being in pain. It will soon be Christmas so you need to be well and fit for that.

Hope it has eased a little by now Moli - tons of sympathy from me.
Practical advice/offerings
- ice pack
- appropriate painkillers, in whatever dosage you need, up to the maximum
- tens unit
- physio
My physio says heat is not so good for nerve pain, unless you do alternate hot/cold therapy

Had trouble getting out of bed again, but since I have been moving about easing off a bit....think another walk will sort it out......
