Moli - sorry to read this, I don't know much about sciatica but anything to do with the spine must really be painful, hope you are a bit better today.

I was sore getting out of bed, but since I have started moving about, has eased off a bit....Think the answer is, not to go to bed!!!

Last 2 mornings it's been easier to get out of bed - therefore I know my sciatica is improving. Hurrah!

I have had it for the past 20 years, and can count on one hand the times it has bothered me.....I am always very active though......Seems to get bad when I am not active...

Little or no pain getting out of bed this morning, my walking has worked wonders...Got to be right before that 10 flight next week

Thats good news, keep walking! I don't envy you that flight home though, you will have to keep walking up and down the plane!
