Re: Time to yourself.
When I have time to myself, I get alot of pleasure from "pottering". Just doing bits and bobs in the garden, dead heading, popping a few bulbs in etc, always calms me down and refreshes me.Re: Time to yourself.
I still struggle with not having work to do and I find household chores a bore so avoid them as much as possible so too much freetime can be tiresome. However, I do like my computer games but I'm also one for pulling back the curtain of time and taking a stroll down memory lane. As you say Jem, one memory links to another - some make you smile and others can make you think 'did I really .... oh why did I say/do that' then move on to the next memory; they're nice to things to have.Re: Time to yourself.
Re: Time to yourself.
Whilst sitting in Belfast George Best airport yesterday awaiting my flight was 'people watching'. Saw one or two 'sights', f'r instance watched a large woman climbing the steps up into the airplane - as she walked across the apron towards the staircase, her rear end looked like it was chewing a toffee. I couldn't help but smile to myself.Re: Time to yourself.
