Good morning all a fine sunny day here so I will be planting some tête-à-tête bulbs this afternoon. What a bonus these warm late September days are!

Didn't sleep at all well last night so I decided to do the ironing just after 3:00am this morning ...... the problem was Cassie cat thought it was her breakfast time because I was up!

Good afternoon all and welcome Veejay, a beautiful day here for the big Match in Dublin, the town is packed with folks from all over the country for the All Ireland final between Mayo and Dublin, I've no interest in it but the wife loves it, she keeps shouting her team on, she gets excited and sometimes uses the odd swear word, tut tut tut, aint that a shame., I always steer clear of her during these finals, never know what she'd throw at me if her team loses.

Good afternoon folks. Just dragged myself out of bed and put some clothes on.

Lazy? No, just a very bad flu!! I've taken a few "Cold & Flu" tablets the wife picked up from the shop when she was out this morning for Church (I could not attend unfortunately) but they haven't had much affect to be honest.

Might pour myself a whisky, see if that numbs the pain.

House work this Morning then after Madam woke walked to the lac with them, met a friend for a beer and walked back home through the forrest.
Been a nice hot sunny day perfect for sitting by the lac with a pint ...
