It was at the time of "mad cow disease"

The French government accused the English of Xenophobia.

"Xenophobia" I said. "That's a great word!" I wonder how many "Fs" there are in that?"

"There's no F in Xenophobia" came the immediate reply, "But there is F**in' Foreigners !"

Well, the answer is 6. Congratulations to the Smarties LOL.

Apparently people often forget the OF's. The brain tends to see them as V's and not F's.
