Ah yes,I recognise it now Meg,we call it the Christmas Rose,even though they aren't related,..it really is a beautiful flower,my neighbor has them,I keep meaning to buy some,..I also love Alium,which I planted last year,I hope they come up.

This is what I mean,Mags,I can't ever remember them sticking like that,I believe I left them on the decking for to long.

As you can see Meg,I have left the leaves on the garden,in front of the barrel,is a hedgehog house,which I've covered in artificial grass,just to protect it.i also put those small logs down,for the frogs to hide under.

This has just come into bud,it's a white flower when it opens,does anyone recognise it,in its bud form?..I have no idea what it is,

I see what you mean Pauline I don't have decking myself but my next door neighbour does and his is covered with leaves.

I have a small tree that needs planting but still need to decide where to put it.

I am terrible in the winter. I have all these plans to get out there and cover plants up to protect them from frost but in the end, all I ever do is look out the window.
