I have trouble sleeping these days. I go to bed about 8.30ish and read for a while. I do the breathing exercises and drop off for an hour or three. Then I wake up and have a job to get off again, sometimes I will go to sleep again, other times I just lie there until 6.30am when I arise. Going to bed any later doesn't make any difference. I never have a nap during the day.Re: trouble sleeping?
