I take my BP when I get up I have a machine

Its always high 170 plus, in the winter.

Summer around 150

Take my BP tablets and it might go down to 150.

Summer time goes down to on a good day to 114.

Going to start a trial to take my BPs at night and see what my readings are next morning as winter aprouches

Re: Blood Pressure Tablets

I asked my granddaughter who is a pharmacist about this today and she said if it was the diuretic type of blood pressure tablet it would be best to take it in the morning. If you took it at night you might have to pay frequent visits to the toilet during the night.
