Have been put on anti biotics for a week. Bloomin' arm is nearly double the size, itches and is painful.
I frequently have a bad reaction to bites and keep antihistamine tablets in the house in case I am bitten and take one as soon as possible after a bite.Maybe you could do the same

I also, react badly to insect bites! I was bitten on my arm whilst gardening. My arm went red, hot and swelled up so much that l ended up in hospital and was kept in for observation!After a course of antibiotics l was ok. The Doctor at the hospital said it could have led to blood poisoning if it wasn't treated.
Gasman, l hope your arm will soon be better and back to normal!
