I can't think of any words I dislike, far less hate, but how they are misused does sometimes grate.
One is the propensity to sprinkle the word "like" around like sprinkling salt on chips. It usually adds nothing to the idea being expressed and could be omitted....

I don't like the word "girl". When someone is speaking to me and they call me girl. I can't stand that.

I don't like when someone uses the Lord's name in vane. I don't care if they say F***, but not the other.

Besides many of the words mentioned above, the first word that came to my mind is "exponential". We all know what it means, but the people using it on a weekly basis seem to think it raises them above the rest of us.
Probably just my exponential lack of self confidence.
