Concentrate on the four dots in the middle of the picture for about 30 seconds.

Then close your eyes and tilt your head back.

Keep them closed....
You will see a circle of light,
Concentrate on the circle..
What do you see?

I'm a Philistine - all I saw was a black circle with a white sphere inside it. Was that my iris do you think ?

I dont think so Aerolor, an iris tends to be bluish in coulor.

Good one! It is amazing how it works! I have seen it before and it took me a long time to make out a face but got there in the end!
