Every sportsman in Australia always gives 110% according to every interview I have seen.

100% is for losers.

Yep they are all very excellent at that Bruce. Can't get much more better than that. Neurologically speaking it is impossible to devote 100% attention to anything any time. But it is possible to learn to concentrate so you can give more than enough attention to anything you need to. Is that what you mean?

My dad always gave 100% in every thing he did.....which probably explained why he died giving blood......
