Re: Ones Own Health.

A colleague of mine did really well consulting a homeopathist. I know it sounds cranky but she was really knowlegeable about diet and the health improvements were amazing. They take a holistic approach to the body but you do need a diagnosis really to help them focus on what's wrong.

All the more reason why they should sent patients to someone who is.

Don't laugh Annie, but I have used homeopathy on my dogs for 30-40 years and have many books on the subject.
I have also had their Anti-cold & Flu remedy every winter for years myself, and only ever had about one cold that I can remember.

I am in touch with my suppliers as we speak regarding Covid.

I see a hygienist ,always have done, £80 for half an hour...of hygiene cleaning...

I have got periodontal disease Annie, I see the hygienist to keep it under control, plus I have my own routine of teeth brushing and using the tepee, for the gaps in my teeth...

I exercise hard, usually 6 x week, have my own equipment, which keeps me well in shape.

Re: Ones Own Health.

if you have periodontal disease you should see a specialist regularly. Not just the hygienist.

No I shouldn’t, my dentist is my advisor..on who i should see.

They should see me through until death, I’ve had this disease in my early thirties.my teeth are healthy.

And the disease is well under control ,this is the first tooth that has ever been loose, none of the others are.

Since the age of 30 odd, this is the first loose tooth I’ve ever had...I’m now in my sixties.
