Good exercise. LD!

I think that I walk about 30 miles, on a Wednesday, playing a round of golf.

If I was any good it would be, about, 6 miles.

The thing is, I normally hate walking anywhere. I'm the sort that would get a cab to my shed and back, but I have to admit it is good exercise. I reckon I have lost a stone since I started. The downside is that I'm always nodding off when I get home.
