I must admit EZ I've never been to Wick,but there are so many places in Scotland I've not visited,I just hope I haven't left it too late as I tend not to travel too far from Home these days.

Oh Nom love your kilt and your legs. EZ never been to Wick either but I have visited a few places in Scotland.

An are ive always wanted to explore is Strathpeffer , but i love the isles, so Uist, Fair isle, are on my to visit list.

Good Morning Each,I've been awake since daft o'clock this Morn and I even have the tv on watching Glorious gardens,there was a Man eating flowers earlier on...Think I'll stick to bacon & eggs later

I'm having a lazy day too Myrtle,fell asleep a wee while ago,and woke up in a rotten mood cos I can't get out and about until the pain/swelling on this damned knee subsides...I'm not a happy bunny

Afternoon all. I can't pass comment on Strathpeffer as I've not been, but I can recommend Portpatrick. A pleasant little harbour to stroll around. Not too much development has gone on to spoil the old fishing port ambience really. Worth a visit.

On the swollen knee sketch.... if you have one in the freezer, one of those wrap around wine cooler thingies. Gel filled plastic "bandage" with Velcro fastening. Stays colder longer and easier to secure in place. Just my 2d's worth !

I hope it gets better soon.
