Re: Christmas Lights.

I have no way of putting lights up outside. Can't get a worker/handyman here for love nor money (ok, we probably could) but I just walk around with the dog in the evening and admire others. One though is very tacky and OTT. No, make that two.

I have a candleabra (sp) near the telly but don't bother plugging it in, same with the fibre optic tree in the back room.

TBH, with having to be on my own at Christmas I am going to do it low key.

Do you have them?
Outside lights are not common in my part of the world but I have fairy lights on my patio and I usually dress up a tree with lights that almost overhangs the pool.

Re: Christmas Lights.

Just bought a new 4-foot artificial tree and some battery-operated LED lights to put on it. They can be set to be on all the time, pulse on and off or turn on and off in random patterns. Tree topped with my knitted Santa and adorned with my usual four baubles.

I hate flashing light settings. I go with the still setting so it looks like candle lights

I have a garland, with static lights, the flashing ones affect my eyes.

Lovely to see Bob, it lifts the spirits after the year we’ve all had.
