Just a thought.It might be worth the UK running another referendum provided that all of the other EU countries also ran their own individual referendum, in parallel.
Wonder what they'd all answer if asked whether the EU was delivering on their requirements.
Would they vote for OUT or would they demand changes?

They are already demanding changes, but have no intention of leaving.
Austria, Denmark and the Eastern EU States are ignoring Brussels.
They are not going asking for concessions, they just do it.

Better to honour the 1st referendum imo.
The referendum wasn’t legally binding, but there’s plenty of scope for argument about whether politicians should feel obliged to implement the result anyway.
