The job is mostly office based, he can sit OK and as long as he can answer a phone and do the paperwork and organizing needed it looks like a job he can do. He is trying not to let his difficulty with walking affect him more than necessary.

Good luck to your husband Julie. I hope he is successful.My husband has an interview tomorrow working at our local hospital in IT so I'm wishing him good luck too.
He is in a job he despises and has been trying to get out for a long time and has been for 14 interviews recently only to be rejected every time and he is becoming very despondent, I think he feels like he is left on the shelf as the saying goes because he is 61 on Christmas day and is disabled only having one arm which he lost in an industrial accident. He is very clever with computers having great skills and qualifications, he is totally wasted in the job he is in now. They say ageism and discrimination against disabilities doesn't exist but I'm not so sure.
Good luck to both our husbands Julie and good on them for the sheer determination of not giving up. xxxx
