England v France!! RFU.

On the day, England were outplayed but were able to stay in touch
untill the last 10 mins. and needed to convert a last minute
push over try to clinch the win, but Farrell hit the post and the ball
bounced out causing a drawn score , which required extra time
to be played!
Fotunately for England they started to play better in the twenty
minutes extra time and after some herculean efforts on both sides
when England were attempting to push the French back over the try
line managed to force a penalty in which Farrell redeemed himself
by getting the ball between the posts at last??
An intriguing match with a surprise ending imo??

I was disappointed that England won to be honest, the French imo now have a very good squad going toward the next world cup which will hosted by themselves.

Yes, France were the better team overall cariciture!!
But l was still happy that England won the game !!
It might have looked different if Farrell hadnt been so off form??
But france definitely have an excellent team now !!
