Yes, trying to find my feet, too, and discovered I'm still being paralysed as a newbie with restricted rights. We shall see then when we're fully qualified.

Yes, I've been a bit puzzled by that. There's probably a long announcement somewhere explaining all the ins and outs, but typically, of course, I just dived in
