It it is radio pickup then the clip on ferrites should help especially if they are big enough bore to get a few turns of the cable on but you should also realise that for a radio signal to become audible it needs to be "rectified" and that will probably be accomplished by dirty contacts. It really needs switch cleaner to do the job properly but meths or surgical spirit may help. At the very least give the plugs a good polish up with a lint free rag.
