Hi Kazz I increased the amount I grow last year and have really missed having leaves to cut through the winter .

Hi Weezy I used to sprout seeds using that method mung beans and grains.

I am growing my microgreens in soil and vermiculite in trays on capillary mats and so far they are looking great .

The first batch is beetroot greens which taste amazing with an intense flavour and pea shoots which are smaller .
I am thrilled with the results so far

I will plant more at the weekend, radish and sorrel I think I have hundreds of seeds to choose from in my gift box of seeds .

They are very quick.

Never done the beetroot, but love pea shoots.

Pixie micro greens may be small but they yare packed with nutrients and flavour, I just need to stop myself nibbling on them before they are ready
