Even that's illegal Muddy.
Puppies cannot leave home until they are eight weeks and microchipped, so I would ask them how come they got him at six weeks?
The breeder wants reporting.
I do worry about the mental welfare of these poor puppies, as well as what they're being fed on. To be snatched away from the litter and their mother, then passed on and on, is just plain evil.
