None of us know either way, but if it wasn't an accident she will be charged & have to attend court, like the policeman in the Floyd case!
Perhaps the police & the black communities need understand their own constitution better.
Article 14 requires that all of the rights and freedoms set out in the Act must be protected and applied without discrimination. That should apply to all & mean that police cannot treat blacks differently to white & it also means that any criminal will be treated the same.... so black criminals should get the same treatment as white ones!
If that isn't happening then Article 14 of their Constitution is a joke.......
But the blacks need to understand they have no extra rights because of their colour!
A black man on TV was being asked for his opinion on what he wanted to change. He said "No police should have the power to make him stay home, even if there is a lock down!". Attitudes like that imply that they want more equality than the whites... so maybe that is the problem
