No you didn't, but your understanding is flawed at least.

Coming from you with your warped interpretations that's actually very funny.
Everybody reading this thread can see that I did indeed answer, you know.
Whether or not my answer is the one that was wanted isn't my problem.
But if you really want to teach microbiology to DM in this forum you go for it.

Re: Brino

Thank you for posting this link. From it:

For other areas, the EU has limited to no law-making power: these include common foreign, security and defence policies and the co-ordination of economic, employment and social policies.

Tell me, didn't you vote leave because the EU made your laws?

Hi

People voted for a whole range of reasons.

I was personally very sad to vote leave, but it was inevitable.

You are very fortunate Solasch that the EU negotiated with our idiot Politicians.

You would not have got the same deal from others and there would have been no grace period for the EU to take advantage of us.

The postponing of checks was by the grace of the EU given to the UK. Formally the wto rules demand that you check goods at a customs border, by the grace of the EU you are permitted to delay. Like children you try to prolong it without mutual consent.

The idiocy certainly helped, but to be fair, they negotiated from a position of weakness ( it was the EU holding all the cards) while in the illusion they called the shots.

Re: Brino

I see your link has an EU emblem at the top Cinders ??
That could account for the perspective of the article ??
Most of which seemed like eurobabble to me ??

I think everyone, if interested, knows my opinion about 'the deal' or, as I prefer to call it, 'the sell out'.

One day, perhaps, we'll get a proper Brexit and won't have to worry about keeping the EU happy.

No EU emblem if you chose the corona (or any other) flip.
