Chocolate, Cadburys is the best. Sadly their icecream cones are not at nice as Cornetto's though.

I like Cadbury's chocolate too, I usually have it each day, but not too much.

Coffee. I'm down to two a day, from about 8, but I do need my morning and evening coffee.

Coffee as well, I drink it all day, but not after 8 p.m. else I can't sleep. I hate tea.

Does my sisyphean task of visiting my loo each morning count, or is that off limits. I know I cant give that up or I'd be in trouble

Tunnock's Caramels are not easy to give up, although I must do so after this lockdown
has meant added pounds (or kilos if you have gone metric)!

It was easier to give up smoking some 40 years' ago, that was 'cold turkey' too!

Re: Is There Anything You Just Can’t Give Up.

Other than the essentials of life -- nothing. And I've given up all sorts of "certain substances" when I graduated, cigarettes a matter of weeks after, booze (I drank little anyway) when I was 50 and totally when I became 65, and I do mean totally, and even the odd cigar when I turned 70.

In every case it was Cold Turkey. After all, if you're going to do a thing just do it. No point faffing about.
