Depends entirely on what the "it" is. I have felt the need to leave things because I like them too much. Others because they make me miserable. But most things I can stick with.

I just leave it....I had a situation just recently in my younger days I would have been all over it but....time is too precious isn't it ....so just leave it.

I can walk away from things now - I couldn't do that years ago and went through a lot of angst because of it. Now I can 'just leave it'. Makes for a much happier and calmer state of mind.
