Last book was The Sleeper by Emily Barr. Took it shopping with me, sat and finished it after going in Asda, then was able to drop it off at the central library. Need more by that author, as I seem to remember reading something of hers earlier. Very good.

I finished "Jamaica Inn" I'd forgotten what an excellent story it is!
Now a choice of two, "The River of Fire" by Patrick Easter, historical novel set in 1799 or "Blind Justice" by Anne Perry crime story set in Victorian times I believe.

I've just finished a book called The ship of brides' by Jojo Moyles.
It was recommended to me by Ruthio and I must say I loved it.

I first discovered Jojo Moyes when I read her tearjerker best seller 'Me before you'
I intend going through all the books she's written.
