OK let's assume, despite all the evidence to the contrary, that RF radiation causes cancer.
I know real science isn't your forte but the inverse square law comes into effect here - ie double the distance, quarter the radiation.
Brain tumours eh? - perhaps caused by a radio transmitter a few mm from the brain? Perhaps if you sleep with your head on your smart meter there is a remote chance its RF radiation might affect you.
It's the fruit loops that say, "Don't built telephone towers near schools" when in reality the RF danger is not from the telephone tower (see first para) the bigger (but still tiny) source of RF is from the telephone stuck to your ear. The further the tower the more power emitted by the mobile phone. Having a tower on top of a school means that young brains are subject to less RF not more.
Anyway after that flight of fancy let's get back to reality:
From Cancer Research UK:

Research so far shows that it is unlikely mobile phones could increase the risk of brain tumours or other types of cancer. But we still need to know more about any potential long-term effects.
The use of mobile phones has skyrocketed over recent decades. If mobile phones increase the risk of brain tumours, more and more people should now be developing them. Between the 1990s and 2016, mobile phone ownership in the UK increased by around 500% but the brain tumour incidence rate only increased by around 34%. And the increase in diagnoses is mainly due to better detection and reporting of brain tumours. So we haven’t seen an increase in brain tumour rates to match the increase in mobile phone use.
This is repeated by research from all over the world so I am afraid the tin foil brigade is once more on a hiding to nothing left grasping at David 'Avocado' Wolfe straws.
