What an extraordinary film!

I understand now what Zuleika meant about concentration - blink - and you have totally lost the plot!

Watched it through twice - it is such a strange concept to deal with - second time was better - made more sense.

I am so glad that I bought the DVD - I love it - will certainly watch it again and again. Thank you all for recommending it - it is brilliant.

The music is beautiful - am going to buy the CD now.

Did you get the twists? i.e. about who and what Decker is?

The significance of the origami unicorn left by Gaff etc

His comment to Decker at the end where he says :

"You've done a man's job"

and

"It's too bad she won't live . . . but then again, who does?"

I confess - not entirely, Realist, but I am going to watch it again on Sunday. Now that I have the basics in mind - I will look for the deeper things! If i am still confused after that I am sure you will help me!

Ok

While you are doing that the next film to order if you haven't seen it is The Abyss (Director's Cut). Really really great SciFi Close Encounters type film set underwater.
