Today not only eating well but this afternoon started playing with her toys and chewing one of her very large marrow bones.
So she is well on the mend. Got one more checkup at the vets in a few days but she is back to normal

So pleased to hear Teazle is getting better Bazza I shudder when I hear the word pyometra having lost 2 bitches and almost a 3rd with closed pyo.

The last one was a rescue , I intended spaying her but before I could she had closed Pyo and died on the operating table at the vets .
